What are your operating hours?
We generally work Monday to Friday from 08:00am onward. Our finishing time depends on the time of year (sunlight is usually the deciding factor). However, when we estimate a 'day' to complete a task this is usually a 8 hour activity for a single team member.
Do you work at weekends?
Generally no, however at times we can make exceptions. If weekend working is required please let us know when requesting an estimate and we will see what can be done.
Do you have a waste license?
Yes, we are licensed to transport and dispose of both green and general domestic waste.​

We cannot dispose toxic substances such as asbestos, oil, paint and fueld.
When can I get a estimate?
We aim to arrange to visit you within 5 working days (however this may take longer depending on your availability). We generally do not estimate after 5pm and at weekends however we can make exceptions on prior arrangement.
What do you charge per hour?
We do not provide hourly rates. We charge by the job as there are numerous factors to consider for example:

Do you provide your own tools?
Yes. Our tools are commercial quality and in some instances much more powerful and able than domestic tool equivalents. Our tools are also regularly serviced and maintained.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, we have full public and liability insurance up to 5 million (£). We have never had a need to use it and we hope that we never will!
Can you supply plants, shrubs etc?
Yes, we can supply plants. We can also help you with creating planting plans and obviously planting them!
Do you offer discounts?
Do you provide regular services?
No, however, our pricing is competitive and we are confident that you will not receive the same level of service at our prices from anyone else.
Yes, we provide fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance service. We will consult with you to determine your requirements and build a schedule to suit you.
Payment methods?
We take prefer bank transfer and standing order, but occasionally will accept cash payment.
Occasionally, a deposit may be needed.
Payment on completion for all domestic customers.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques.
Do you have a environmental policy?
Yes, we use green friendly products and tools. 85% of our tools are battery powered and charged from solar power as often as practical. All green waste is disposed at facilities that recycle for compost. Route planning is optimised to minimise fuel use and reduce emissions.
