What Would You Like to Know?

What are your operating hours?

We generally work Monday to Friday from 08:00am onward.   Our finishing time depends on the time of year (sunlight is usually the deciding factor).  However, when we estimate a 'day' to complete a task this is usually a 8 hour activity for a single team member.

Do you work at weekends?

Generally no, however at times we can make exceptions.  If weekend working is required please let us know when requesting an estimate and we will see what can be done.

Do you have a waste license?

Yes, we are licensed to transport and dispose of green waste.

  • We cannot dispose of other materials such as domestic waste, metal, play equipment etc  However, we can arrange for a skip if needed for the disposal of this waste.

How fast can I get a estimate?

We aim to arrange to visit you within 5 working days (however this may take longer depending on your availability).  We generally do not estimate after 5pm and at weekends however we can make exceptions on prior arrangement.

What do you charge per hour?

We do not provide hourly rates. We charge by the job as there are numerous factors to consider for example:

  • equipment/tools needed, fuel, travel time, ease of access, amount of waste, method of weed control

Do you provide your own tools?

Yes.  Our tools are commercial quality and in some instances much more powerful and able than domestic tool equivalents.  Our tools are also regularly serviced and maintained.

Are you fully insured?

Yes, we have full public and liability insurance up to 5 million (£).  We have never had a need to use it and we hope that we never will!

Can you supply plants, shrubs etc?

Yes, we can supply plants.  We can also help you with creating planting plans and obviously planting them!

Do you offer discounts?

No, however, our pricing is  competitive and we are confident that you will not receive the same level of service at our prices from anyone else.

Do you provide regular services?

Yes, we provide weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance service.  We will consult with you to determine your requirements and build a schedule to suit you.

Payment methods?

We take cash, bank transfer and standing order.

Occasionally, a deposit may be needed.

Payment on completion for all domestic customers.

Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques.
